The lazy cook's kale chips

My dreams have come true: my kids constantly beg me to make them kale chips for dinner. The only thing that pierces my euphoria when I hear cries for kale is my own laziness: I find the prep time arduous.

Fortunately, laziness breeds ingenuity, and I figured out how to cut down on my kale making time. Since I know you are as busy as I am, I thought I'd pass on a few tips:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 325F
  2. Wash kale and pat dry
  3. Use kitchen sheers to cut in "chips," cutting out the middle rib. Collect in a large mixing bowl

  4. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt. Toss
  5. Lie flat on baking sheets and bake 12-15 minutes

Total prep time? About 10 minutes. You can do that.
