Walk away from death

Pick up the pace, ladies.  A study published in the British Medical Journal indicates walking briskly, as opposed to leisurely,  can delay mortality.

How fast do you have to walk?  Researchers say a pace of at least 3 miles, or 5 kilometers, per hour will suffice.  This is an achievable goal.  Strap on your pedometer today and see how you do.
