The feeding tube diet
If you decide to go on a diet, do it to get a lean, healthy, agile, strong, and sexy body, not to fit into a dress that's two sizes too small.
You've probably heard of Jessica Schnaider, the feeding tube bride who dropped $1500 for a nasal tube and a promise to lose ten pounds by her wedding day. The goal was to squeeze into her grandmother's wedding dress.
Her diet, also known as the K-E Diet, does nothing to help people learn how to make proper food choices and integrate daily exercise into otherwise busy lives. This, of course, increases the risk of its ineffectiveness in the long run. Let's be honest: once she removes the nasal tube to say "I do," we all know exactly where that weight will go: right back on her hips.
I hope the pictures are good.
