What will you do to live a healthy lifestyle tomorrow?  Will you walk on your lunch break, take a bike ride, play tennis with your child, hike the local trails, or speed walk with your dog?  Will you snack on fresh fruit, substitute water for soda, or make a delicious meal with ingredients from your local farmer's market?  Will you finally make an appointment to see your physician or dentist?  Perhaps you'll join a health club, or running club.  Maybe you'll sign up for dance classes, or a marathon.  The possibilities are both intriguing and inspiring aren't they?
